Thank you for the review I appreciate your comments on your purchase in Hoboken. However it is unfortunate that you personally felt it was difficult to establish trust due to the fact you the listing agent and I work in the same agency. Which is extremely common in the quick moving Hoboken market place that both side of the transaction are executed under the same brokerage. As you were made completely aware of when you signed off on the Disclosed Dual Agent form which is standard issue for a Buyer to be made aware of before moving forward with any purchase.
