Dawn Carter was raised in OK and graduated from Okmulgee High School.  After living out of the area she returned last year and is now a full-time realtor.  She is knowledgeable about the greater Tulsa metro area and Beggs, Boynton, Morris, Okmulgee, Sand Springs and Prattville to name a few.
