I actually got you exactly what you were looking for, all your demands were met, lots of negotiating back and forth until you were happy, and you were very satisfied at the time back in October when this closed. We did discuss the rot and you were aware the HOA was going to be taking care of it since they take care of all the exterior. I worked above and beyond for you, responding to text messages at 10:30 at night, 6:30 in the morning, or whenever you called. I gave 100% of my effort for you in making the deal you wanted. This review is undeserved and totally inaccurate. I am a professional, and only wish the best for you in your future endeavors.
