On 4/10/20 by her own accord, Lilian Canas gave me a *****5 Star***** review. Posted on Zillow: "She is amazing. She follows up in a timely fashion. She takes her time during tours, answers all your questions and ensures that all of your concerns are handled. I love working with her. She has made this process an amazing one. We are almost done with the process but so far it’s going amazing. Thank you Diocinie.” After almost six (6) months (since 3/3/20), multiple extensions, multiple lenders Ms. Lilian Iberos Canas still was unable to secure financing. There’s no truth to Ms. Canas’ claims. The contract expired. Seller even returned the binder. If there was ANY way possible for Ms. Canas to purchase this home - she would have. Ms. Canas started contacting my Seller directly, incessantly calling/texting to the point of harassment. Alarming behavior. Ms. Canas even got another Realtor to resubmit offers which the Seller rejected. I wish Ms. Canas all the best with her future home search!
