responding to review. This person was from out of my area but her properties she had were in my area. I informed her I would be going out of town to be with family and did not think it was a good time for me to list her properties. She started to cry and ask me if I would list these properties as she needed money. I felt sorry for her and said fine I would help her. Then she wanted to price these properties at a much higher sale price for the area they were in and condition. I told her that I would not list them for what she wanted and I would list then for what I knew was a sale price upon my professional opinion and if she was not agreeable then she should list with another agent. Again she said please list them. She ask me to stage the one property and I told Her I did not have time before I left and again she was insistent that I do it which I did. She called me a number of times through my vacation and I spoke and did what she ask me even though I was on vacation.The the properties were not selling( they were on very shot time (couple weeks) she started to blame me and saying false things about me. I normally do not respond to something like this but this person was out of control not due to anything I did but her circumstances.
