Douglas, born and raised in NYC, spent a lot of time on the Jersey shore growing up and comes from a family of 9 siblings, whose parents are first generation Irish American. He served in the U.S. Marines from 2000-2006 on active duty national defense for Iraqi enduring freedom, went to Pace University where he majored in Finance and minored in economics and has a construction background from local 147 Sandhogs union.
