I could go on and on, left tarp on roof after hurricane for over 3 years. Roof would leak with every bad rain. Had to send request over and over. The owners live in China so it was always an excuse...

thank you for the review , like you said that is after hurricane so not vendor have the supply right away for roof repair . we glad you move out after many late fee and not payment we been try to evict you 3 time you can check the court record , we only have one month deposit unfortunately the deposit is not retired fund it does not gain overtime . the carpet is totally destroyed whole house smell . I think I send you the pic , I never contact by your lawyer , hopefully you will not destroy another owner house , I am very glad you are move out
