This person is either a scammer and/ or likely fraudster so agents or home owners beware. I have never met this person, shown him properties or done any business with him ever. He contacted me wanting to see one of my listings. I told him he needed to sign a buyer agency agreement and when i sent him the agreement, he refused to sign it. When he refused to sign the required buyer agency agreement, I told him I would not and legally could not show him the property. He got upset and as a result left this malicious review erroneously thinking he can harm my business or reputation. Based on his attitude, and demeanor during my brief 1 minute call, i was under the impression this person could be a scammer or a fraudster trying to view properties with ill intent. For over 22 year no real buyer has ever refused to follow basic laws, rules or directions, but this person is not a real buyer.
