I put the listing on and have a limited relationship with the builder. If you have questions or problems you need to take care of those with builder or 2-10 warranty. I've been in Business for 20+ years and never got a complaint. Your Not the Buyer and your not the Realtor on the deal. I'm not sure who you are in relation to this deal?? This did not warrant a one star. I do run a Real Estate, Title Company, and Mortgage Company. We have closed on this quite awhile ago if you had problems, I surely did not get any messages. We strive to made the Real Estate process a Excellent experience. We are offering New Homes when people can't even find a home to put their clients in. Zillow needs to retract this ugly attach on my company and perfect record.
