I am marketing oceanfront condos in the Jacksonville Beach area. New construction, great location. Having lived in Ponte Vedra Beach for 20 years, I have seen the growth very slow until 10 years ago and then take off. Now there is a moratorium on construction at the beaches for heights over 35 feet, making Water's Edge Oceanfront part of the anomally.
