Thank you for your feedback. We regret that you had so much damage done by your pet. However it was damage that had to be addressed. Had you presented the pet at application time it is likely we would not have accepted the pet that was under two years of age in order to avert such issues. You did have considerable damage to the new carpet, padding and sub-floor that had to be fixed. The house cleaning also had to be addressed since we did find the condition to be below typical cleaning standards as stated in the exhibit. We strive to provide clean homes and abide by all GAR lease standards. We expect you to return the home the same way you received. Pet ownership can be a very costly responsibility. We appreciate your tenancy.

If a problem arises it takes at least a week for maintence to come out. Bad communication. They charge for everything! At GHR we do our best to get maintenance issues resolved as soon as possible. Roof issues many times are difficult to trace as was the case with this home. We regret we had difficulty finding the problem however once it was discovered we did address it immediately. We do want our tenants to feel "right at home" however it is important that our tenants take responsibility to patch and paint as needed when they vacate. It is unfortunate that you failed to understand that even picture hole damage must be addressed. Painters must mud the hole then blend the colors to match so they do charge to address these tasks. Thank you for your tenancy.
