After becoming an Eagle Scout and graduating from St. Johns Country Day School in 1997, Hans went immediately into the family dairy business working his way up to managing the 2,400 cow operation just 15 miles west of downtown Jacksonville. To improve his skills, he headed back to school to graduate from the University of Georgia in 2008 with a B.B.A in Management.
