Unfortunately, you have people leaving you bad reviews when they vandalize the property and they don't receive the security deposit back. By law, if the Tenant doesn't receive the security deposit, they have the right to dispute the money at the court and get their money back. but in this case, MARK ELIE knew he won't get it because he destroys the property. Sometimes the security deposit doesn't even cover the damage. The owner had to replace toilets, bathroom sink, doors, and walls. It is all documented with pictures at the Viera Police office. The tenant's name is MARK JONATHAN ELIE.
