I grew up in Madison, WI, where cheese curds ruled, as well as brats and sailing. I love food! I moved to Chapel Hill/Carrboro in 1988, and worked at Mama Dips, and served Great fried chicken, collards and okra & tomatoes and at Sushi restaurants, like Oishii Japanese Restaurant and Champa Thai & Sushi.
