We know which client this is, a buyer disgruntled that their short sale offer was not accepted after months of negotiations. They were unable to comprehend the complexities of the process and that the bank's decisions do not always make sense to us. In the end we failed in not finding a way to communicate these constraints. After 23 years of business we are bound to get one complaint, if we don't get another one for another 23 years we will be happy!
