We connected, but it did not work out. I am sorry to hear that you had a bad experience. This doesn't really sound like me at all. In fact, I always give my direct phone number and email address to each person that I speak with and invite them to contact me anytime. There have been times when the Zillow Concierge has booked an appointment during a time that I was unavailable because of vacation or bereavement leave or simply in a meeting or class and unable to check my phone right away, but even in these circumstances I try to respond just as soon as I am able and I always apologize for not being available at the scheduled time. If you wish to contact me directly, I would love the opportunity to apologize to you and find out more about exactly what happened and if possible see what can be done to avoid what you experienced from happening in the future.
