Just reading this now and NEVER have I demanded anyone to list below Market value and divulge information that could hurt my Sellers. As recalled, the seller was negotiating directly with the buyer and is most likely upset I found out what was going on and due to my professionalism, I cannot state the Negotiation that was taking place between seller and buyer. I have always put my sellers or buyers FIRST. As a full time Realtor since 1996, Past President of the Board of Realtors, Realtor of the Year and Awarded The Realtor International Hall of Fame Award, I pride myself with honoring and abiding by the Realtor Code of Ethics.
