Alex, your comment is filled with inaccurate details. I communicated with you several times for many hours almost every day during this period of time. You were not represented by an agent and i tried to help assist you as best as possible but i was hired by the seller to full represent her, protect her and her best interests. We accepted an offer from you on a CASH sale that was also an AS IS Sale on a dated condo which you were planning on fully remodeling or at least that is what you shared with me. The Escrow was to be delivered and wired within 3 days to the title company or the contract would be null and void. The delivery of escrow was never completed. The Title Company could not reach you. You were traveling apparently with your job. We allowed you extra days to make this escrow deposit and even allowed you to continue on with the already scheduled home inspection even though you had not even completed the wire transfer for the escrow deposit. The inspection report was CLEAN. There were zero SAFETY ISSUES on the 4-point. You requested the seller fix over 15 minor requests that she did not want to complete, as this was an AS IS Sale. However, i continued to try to help resolve the situation and suggested maybe the seller issue a credit for these minor repairs to be fixed. She offered you $1000 which was more than fair, which you turned down. Since we did not come to agreement the seller decided to move on and re-listed the condo for sale which went back under contract within days and is now SOLD. No inspection issues or requests were made with the next buyer. Good Luck to you, however in this market demanding multiple requests to complete minor repairs on an AS IS Sale does not work!
