I was born and raised in Southern California, the oldest child of two career US Navy sailors. In my early teenage years, following my parents' retirement from the military, we moved to Central Texas where my Dad grew up. I later learned of my Grandmother's love of floorplan design and decided to follow in her footsteps, taking that up as a new hobby, which has led to my passion for all things home design.
