This review is construed significantly from the conversation that transpired. I explained that the landlord was not be willing to negotiate hundreds off the rent and that my client wanted first, last, and security. I did state that the offer would be unrealistic and my client would not accept it. I gave him a thorough explanation and I tried to provide insight on current market conditions.
