As a professional, I understand that I cannot force a transaction, and I would never try. I present all information available on any purchase and present all offers for potential sale. I can make an opinion whether an offer to purchase is strong but I cannot make anyone spend money. Thank you for the review but it is an inaccurate portrait of our encounter. There was no sale; therefore no money was lost and no fees changed hands. This review is based on a seller not agreeing with the advice their Realtor suggested.
