Appointments were cancelled after you wrote an offer on another property in your building, without notifying me. There are 145 zip codes in NYC, occasionally apartments on the MLS, will show as Kew Gardens but bordering Richmond Hill, and obtain that zip code. After 9 months of showings and multiple conversations, the conclusion was the type of property you were looking for doesn't exist, you had failed to acknowledge that.
