Jeff and Stacy, I apologize sincerely for my delay in responding to your review. I do not check Zillow frequently and am so sorry that I was not able to reply right away. Thank you for taking the time to write something about your experience. Some of the issues you mention I am hearing about for the first time. Given how upset you seem, I am very surprised that you did not accept my offers of help replacing/paying for items. I know that it must be very difficult to move into a new house without ever seeing it in person. It is always my goal, even in situations like yours, to have buyers come see their house before closing. I have sold many homes where that just is not possible but have never had anyone not be completely in love with their new house. I wish you the very best in your new home and hope that you will not hesitate to contact me directly should you wish to accept the offers we have discussed in the past.
