What I really love about Zillow reviews is that you have my full name and reputation out there as an agent yet the consumers profile is completely hidden so I have no way to address WHO YOU ARE! If I showed you homes and preferred to text info it is probably because that is the way you first started communicating with me. Agents are not supposed to tell you what is wrong with a home. That is why you get a home inspector. It is up to you to make educated decisions on your home purchase. I am there to facilitate the process, negotiate, and handle all of your paperwork. If you say you did all the work it is likely you already had homes you wanted to look at without me finding them for you. But, with websites like Zillow, Trulia, and Realtor.com that's how home finding works now!
