Scott is the most self centered tenant ever, You can't get a response from me when there's no respect, you cursed me out because you didn't get your way like a spoiled child, why deal with you? I will always protect my peace as my job is not as a property manager so your issues are to be referred to management. I am not your AC repairman. Also I had to unfortunately deal with you after you continued to bother your elderly landlady requesting things like having her carry your 40lbs of dog food up four flights of stairs and treating her and I as your personal assistant whenever you travel and we are in no way obligated to do so, my advice to her was to have you figure it out yourself but you're so manipulative and made her feel guilty. You left this review after living here for two years and I was able to get landlord on the same page as to removing you as a tenant as you cause stress and damages to the property which landlord now is left with a massive repair bill along with all the belongings you left when vacating the apartment. Would NEVER suggest any landlord accept you unless they want to be roped into your issues. Also sending inappropriate photos to the landlord and I of you unclothed, YOU NEED HELP, act like you were raised by decent people and not animals. John, Sorry you feel the need to try dragging my name through the dirt, If I was so disrespectful and unprofessional I wouldn't have so many happy clients every year, so therefore you should look at how you handled the situation and stop making assumptions on things you know nothing about. To begin I had no control that there was an accident on RT440 which was explained and unless you wanted me to walk out of my car on the highway to get there I had no other option. I came to you as soon as I was able too, paying my babysitter more to accommodate the delays. letting you know ahead of time there was an issue on my way back from my previous appointment. When we spoke and you started using disrespectful language and I said 'if you can't speak to me with respect I won't show up" it was dark and I have to look after my safety with the aggressive tone and language used by you. After doing all I can and getting you this home, weeks later you called by phone 14 times back to back after 9pm waking up my newborn daughter, which you were well aware of since we discussed it. I replied to your call saying " I cannot talk just put my kid to bed" you did not care and kept calling 9 more times for an issue you were suppose to contact landlord, extremely rude. At showing before your move you spoke to me with no respect which I already realized is a theme of yours laking respect. I did provide masks and gloves to all visitors unfortunately we did not have feet covering but from all research covid isn't contracted from the bottom of peoples shoes or sandals and the agreement was to provide items for COVID19 precautions, which I did. You've been rude and condescending from the beginning, I guess it's just who you are, but I will NOT allow you to disrespect me and lie online to fill your vendetta. Wish you all the best and you are welcome for all I've done since you NEVER once said thanks. A lesson that should be taken from this is that, you cannot speak to people however you want and expect then to just nod and smile, you speak to your partner like that but I won't accept it. Work on your attitude problem, if I had any advice for you, therapy would a good choice.
