I am so sorry you feel this way. I tried the very best I could through the messy situation of your other realtors unable to help you and other issues that arose. I stayed because I cared for you. You saying I was God send many times-I thought if no one else will help you, I am supposed to. I wanted very much to make you happy and ran in circles trying. Normally, I would not continue to work with people who treat me the way your family did but I felt like I needed to stand by your side and help you get a home. That’s exactly what I did. I got the seller to re-do the entire foundation, fix all the cracks in the walls, redo/ dry the crawl space, repaint the entire home,etc. That home was as good as gone, the inspector said it was about to crumble to the ground and I got the sellers to make VA qualified. I will always be thankful for the opportunity to see a home saved like that. It was a trying and unique experience and I’ll be wishing you all the best. Take care and enjoy Blue.
