Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry you were not happy with me selling your home. When we first met I explained the pricing of similar homes in the area and how they compare to yours. You had met with another agent but called me back to list the property. At that time Interest rates were going higher, the market was slowing down and prices were starting to come down. My opinion of value was $524,900. You did not take my advice and wanted to list higher. I brought several offers to you at market value which you turned down or countered with much higher prices and in the end we got an offer for $520,000 with the buyer paying title which was around the original price I told you the property would sell for at the beginning. On several occasions I was given feedback that the home was over priced. When we went under contract for the 2nd time the buyer did their inspection and they found improvements that were done without permits. They decided to cancel which I had no control over. The property showed 79 times, had 5 price reductions and had several offers. Every time the property showed and every time I was given feedback you were notified. I know the price we got was not the price you were hoping for however I have no control over the market or what buyers are willing to pay for a home.
