This condo is located near the beach in Mission Beach. No place to park during open house. But it went into escrow within two weeks of being listed & the buyer was also a Realtor. During escrow it was discovered that the seller did not disclose that the house next door was being torn down, the parking space that was represented was not wide enough to fit a car & be able to get out of the car once parked. This was discovered when we were having the home inspection & the property manager who just happened to be on site disclosed to the buyer. The buyer backed out of the escrow/sale. At this point the seller now wanted to get rid of me so that I didn't disclose this to the next buyer. Yes we split the cost of the staging expense & the seller paid $450. She was not honest & very much an abusive screaming personality with an attitude. Please read the other multiple 5 star reviews to find out what kind of a realtor I really am.
