[Redacted by ZG moderators], thank you for your feedback. As you are aware as a lessee you have a responsibility to make and keep appointments with independent contractors vendors. A minimum of 4 technicians tried to make appointments with you and you failed to confirm appointments or no-showed. The pool was not operable for one day. The owner of the property has no obligation to replace their personal property in the home. Your lease stated that you are fully responsible for all utilities. Further, your lease also states that you are to pay rent in a timely fashion and I provide a generous 5 days in order to have rent in on time without penalty. When you have non sufficient funds twice in less than a year, you are fully responsible for NSF charges, as well as late fees, in accordance with the terms of your lease.
