I spent a day showing this couple homes. After which they called my partner to complain about the way I showed the homes. The next week they went and purchased a home. They called to complain that I had not called them to congratulate them on the purchase even though they had not let me know that they had made the purchase. I met with the builder. I sent a very nice email to the buyer, but received no response. I asked the builder to keep me in the loop. I asked to attend the groundbreaking. I called and emailed the builder regularly. When the groundbreaking occurred I was not included. I received no information from the builder. The only email that I ever received was that the property was going to close. At this point I sent documents to the buyers for signatures. They did not sign the papers or respond. I felt that my presence at the closing was not welcome so I did not attend. I am happy the project was completed to their satisfaction and feel that I offered what I could.
