Today I just found this review. The flooring upgraded (renovation) was what you requested before moved in. Some minor issues could be fixed or tested by tenants via youtube guide. then we know what exact issues with the appliance or other items. So we can send a right service people to repair the item. You made some damages before you moved out. we asked you to pay for reasonable cost then you don't want to pay for it.

If you own a property and are considering her company to manage it, keep looking for someone else. She is dishonest, slow to respond, and a poor communicator.
