I am truly sorry that you were disappointed with my service. I can only guess that since all my conversations and correspondence were with your husband, not you, perhaps something got lost in the translation. Thankfully, I have literally hundreds of very satisfied clients over several years who would respectfully disagree with your review. The reason that you received an offer on your home so quickly after you switched agents is because you significantly lowered your asking price. In fact, at least 3 weeks prior to your switching agents, I sent your husband a detailed market analysis and recommended that you reduce the asking price. Unfortunately, I didn’t receive any response from your husband. Coincidentally, the new agent priced your home at exactly the price I recommended, and it sold in one week.
