Hello, would love to know what property have you inquired on and when? I take pride on helping customers find what they are looking for even if one of my listings does not fit their needs. If you are a caller who called about having pet in the property that does not allow pets that is not something I can control. And informing you of that does not mean I am rude. Please note pet restrictions are set by the HOAs and/or owners and listing agents have no control overriding those.
