I am originally from the Lafayette, LA area, having recently relocated to Lake Charles via Houston, TX in 2016.  I have always had a keen interest in real estate and rural acreage with some of my earliest and most vivid memories being those of riding in my Grandfather's old pickup truck around the rural Lafayette area looking at his rice and cotton farms and his rental properties.
