Melissa has worked in a customer service capacity for over 25 years.  After going through the Home Buying experience herself she was encouraged by her Realtor to join the Real Estate field.  Melissa started her real estate career in 2008 as the office manager for Sherry and Jim Bourque.  She prides herself on providing outstanding customer service each and every day.
