It’s never my intention to leave anyone in a difficult position, and I regret that this transaction didn’t work out as planned. I want to apologize for any miscommunication that may have occurred along the way. To clarify, the seller was fully informed of all offers, updates, and issues—including the appraisal results and your revised offer. They reviewed everything carefully and made the final decision on what they were willing to accept. In this case, a last-minute back up offer with guaranteed terms came in for the full amount, which they chose to pursue. I recognize how challenging the timing of this must have been for you, and I’m deeply sorry for the impact it had after you’d invested so much time, effort, and expense. I take feedback like yours seriously and will use it to reflect on how I can improve communication and manage expectations more effectively in the future. Thank you again for your input—it’s valuable to me, and I’m committed to ensuring this doesn’t happen to anyone else.
