I've been in the Real Estate business for 26 years and have assisted literally thousands of people in RE. Unfortunately, you can't please everyone for various reasons. The Builder/subdiv they speak of is of energy efficient semi-custom quality built homes, is nearing a build out of 100 homes(all by this Builder), and I have been the exclusive Broker for all of them.... must be doing something right! It is not for those who desire a fully custom built home, and expect a Builders attention 24/7, and it was decided this Builder was not a good fit for these folks. I have established a lengthy list of repeat clients, who often refer me to their friends.....and now their "kids"! Apologize for any shortfall on my/our end, and I sincerely hope these folks have found a home they are truly very happy in! I am confident I can help you with your real estate endeavors and am happy to provide you many referrals should you consider me to assist you.
