We are genuinely sorry that you had a bad experience with our services. We would like to point out the things that we did do to remedy this situation: St. Louis did experience unprecedented flooding in July 2022 & your property was effected. We immediately hired a mold & water remediation company to professionally clean and disinfect the apartment. There were professional dryers in place and Dalmation's crew was there for multiple days to address this. After all of this work was completed you asked to be let out of your lease & offered to forfeit your security deposit to be released from the lease. I'm not sure what caused you to write this review over 1 year later but this is an unfair representation of our business.
