Thanks so much! Umm, yes - you had a stunning million dollar plus house in gated Clear Brook in Owasso! The first time I walked through it with you both, I had to keep picking my jaw off the floor - and that backyard with the pool and ALL! What a house and journey - you both interviewed several agents and believed in me- but you also said, "we want this house SOLD FAST (which was in the winter - YIKES!) " so you need to kick your backside in gear (Oh, wait - maybe that is what I was telling myself when you were talking...true story!). Anyway, because I have helped several in the Clear Brook/Dover Pond area, I began the journey with you...and happy to say we had the property under contract and pending in under 50 days, which is not easy to do with a luxury estate, in the winter! I was fortunate to meet the buyer and was able to assist them with the buy side also. I am grateful for the opportunity of getting your property SOLD BY MJ!

That was some fast work, wasn't it? You both were looking for that gem and when it hit the market, we had to move at lightning speed, didn't we? You called me from these Zillow reviews and told me your situation, and we had you a house pretty quickly after that.
