If I did all of these accusations I don't blame you for being angry with me but your accusations are off the mark. Unfortunately, oil rights are for the parcel and you tried to take advantage and make sure the oil rights stayed with you even though the property was no longer yours. The buyer would not move forward with the purchase without the full mineral rights. The rights were in place since the house was built and retained with the parcel with every purchase. Bottom line, you had no right to the mineral rights and it is not something that you pack up and take with you like a piece of furniture. I'm sorry you didn't understand the process. In regards to the other items, I honestly think you are just angry. In regards to the buyer, the buyer had his own broker and you knew that. Your house was very quirky. You renovated the kitchen but didn't put in a dishwasher because you didn't like them. Fine, but not great for resale. In regards to the other items, I think it was an unhappy time for you with your transition and you are trying to project the cause onto me. I hope you are in a better place now. I wish you rainbows and happiness wherever you might be.
