We are sorry you were not satisfied with your experience with our office. There are several factors that are considered when selecting the "most qualified" applicant(s) for a property. Sometimes we will receive several applications for a single property. It is our duty to our clients to accept the most qualified applicant for each property. All adult co-applicants for a property are considered for each property, however at no time do we ever use race, age, gender, sexual orientation or identification to approve or deny a client. We encourage all applicants to read our criteria and qualifications prior to applying. In the unfortunate event a prospective tenant's application is denied, federal law requires only that you are provided the source of your credit report and how you may obtain a copy of this report. Our office makes it easier for you by providing a copy of your credit report along with our rejection letter.
