I have been involved with HOA's for 24+ years managing two Home Owners Associations, & working on HOA Boards as Treasurer, V.P. & President. Completed the Training and Orientation Program for Board of Director members through the California Department of Consumer Affairs (DCA). Completed the Board Leadership Development Workshop offered by the Community Associations Institute in Los Angeles CA.
