We apologize to all of our clients, normally we will not respond but we must clarify the following: Not paying rent has consequences and it will have you evicted anywhere. We try to work with tenants facing extreme situations and 3 months without paying rent should be long enough. We hope that leaving the place trashed, leaving a huge past due rental bill with costly repairs and now posting against us will make this client feel better. Suggestions: Any contract should be revised before signing, before signing a lease you should be sure that the place you are renting is affordable to you and it meets your requirements and to contact us our offices are open during business hours.
