For me, the most rewarding aspect of real estate is finding the right home for my clients at thee best price; but, the long-lasting relationships are the best part of this profession. Also, I've started a monthly newsletter with market information and an occasional recipe or article that may be of interest which you should have received this week. I don't recall your interest rate; but, as you probably know, rates are low in case it would benefit you for a refinance. I appreciate your taking time to provide such a nice referral.
