When a potential tenant has very low credit score, evictions, not enough income or is paid under the table that is the owner’s policy.

Hello Jess, I am sorry that you feel this way. I am the office assistant and I have never received a complaint about anything from you, so I wanted to investigate this unfactual review, and I found that there is 1 work order from you for the entire time that you have lived at your address and it is dated 1/29/2025. It seems that 1 step is broken in your basement. I'm sorry that it was overlooked by maintance, and I assure you that it will be repaired next week.
