Purva Thaker took my call and said, I'll look into it.... only to be still waiting a week later for a response. So 3 weeks no reply but my application money was taken...

I am so sorry Aron, I totally understand your frustration. But I told your agent that I had to fly in an emergency as I had a death in my family, not just that I gave back your application money which was clearly mentioned that it's non-refundable. I appericiate your patience and kindness for what I was going through at the time.
