We connected, but it did not work out. Looking in IL 60619Local knowledgeProcess expertiseResponsivenessNegotiation skillsI would not recommend Rachel McPherson! She has scheduled to view the wrong property more than once. I showed up to properties that I asked her to schedule and she asked me to come to other properties claiming she thought those were the correct pro...Response from Rachel McPherson on 6/9/2021
I sincerely apologize if this working relationship did not work out for you how you expected. I have numerous emails of me explaining the purchasing process with you and that the preapproval for your loan would not qualify for the houses you were requesting to see. I have and will continue to always where a mask on showings because I understand that some people are not vaccinated. You chose a particular property from the listings that I sent that would qualify. I scheduled an appointment & you never met me at the location, would not answer the phone any longer and would only reply by text sporadically. This is A safety issue. I looked back at our emails to see if there was an oversight on my part and if a humanly mistake had been made to see that you had checked the box for interested in that property. You asked for all brick homes and asked about brick foundations. Unfortunately, on the MLS I’m not able to request this in the search criteria. I have scheduled appointments that you have told me you rode by the house and to cancel. You discussed viewing a property that I absolutely had No record of. The last encounter was at a property that I had multiple showings for an the bid had to be submitted by 5PM while at the showing I asked if you would like to submit a bid an this had to be done quite expeditiously. You said you had to think about it. It was after 2:30 PM when we left and I explained that I had 2 more showings for the day ending at about 5Pm so please text me if you would like to submit a bid that I would have limit access. It was 4:30 PM when I received a text From the client stating that she sent an email. The text stated nothing about submitting a bid. The client contacted me by phone the next morning discussing to enter a bid after the deadline. I still attempted to reach out to listing agent to discuss options to submit bid to no avail. I’m sorry if I wasn’t a good fit for you. I wish you luck on your process and finding the perfect home for you. Best wishes, Rachel
