Raoul has been the Principal of the entity that owns Governors Club Realty and its Custom Home Program since February of 2002.

Prior to purchasing the company, Raoul was Vice President of Business Development with the now 750 agent firm, Carolina One Real Estate (formerly Prudential Carolina Real Estate), in Charleston, SC. Previously, he was a Senior Analyst for Franchise Development for Coldwell Banker Corporation based in Atlanta, GA.
