I really enjoy being a Buyers Agent because I enjoy helping my clients through the process of finding the home they really want, negotiating the lowest possible price, and creating a stress-free transaction. My  average sale is approximately $18k below asking, and all inspections are done within 3-4 days. I push for immediate title search. This all creates a home purchase with no 'surprises' in weeks 2, 3, and 4 of escrow.
