Sarah was a very charming girl who needed my help in a tough spot. I was her 3rd real estate agent apparently she hadn't had the right agent and her home just sat ... We priced it as the market & neighborhood dictated and were under contract in short time. I am selling her a home and giving her the commission back to her because of her circumstances . Although by law I cant give her the companies part of my commission but I can certainly give her my share. I do what ever it takes to help the client and in this case this individual needed me not to be an agent but a real professional & a real human .
